The Association for Rural Health (ARH) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to the holistic development of rural communities in India. Founded in 2018, the organization addresses critical issues such as healthcare, education, livelihood, and social empowerment. By leveraging partnerships and community participation, ARH strives to create sustainable models of development and inclusive growth.

Our Core Team
Association for Rural Health (ARH) is driven by a multidisciplinary leadership team with expertise spanning healthcare, rural development, CSR, agriculture, environment, social work, and governance. Together, they bring decades of collective experience in designing, implementing, and scaling impactful initiatives that improve lives and strengthen communities across India.
Ankit P. Bhatt
Ankit brings over 11 years of leadership experience in the development sector and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). He has designed and executed numerous projects in healthcare, rural development, and governance, working with reputed institutions like Apollo Hospitals, GLPC, and DRDA.
Akshit Korat
A postgraduate in Environmental Science (M.Sc.), Akshit specializes in sustainability and climate resilience. His experience includes working with Go Green Mechanism Pvt. Ltd. and the Gujarat Forest Department in afforestation, wildlife rescue, and environmental awareness campaigns.
Gaurang Bhatiya
With dual Master’s degrees in Social Management and Psychology, Gaurang has served in diverse roles with the Gujarat Human Rights Commission, and in CSR at Shreeji Jewels Pvt. Ltd. and Motherhood Foundation. He brings academic depth and practical insight for inclusive program design and policy-driven impact evaluation.
Vinod Dharaiya
With 18+ years of expertise in boiler and rolling mill industries, Vinod guides ARH’s industrial and technical interventions. He ensures sustainable infrastructure practices in rural areas with a focus on energy efficiency and industrial operations.
Surajsinh Parmar
A Textile Engineer with 15+ years of industry experience, Surajsinh bridges livelihood initiatives with rural communities. He actively supports community mobilization, skill development, and standard-of-living improvements across Ahmedabad and Saurashtra regions.
Karan Parmar
Karan brings 15+ years of grassroots agricultural expertise in farming, rural finance, and project execution. With a Bachelor’s in Rural Studies (Agriculture) and an MSW, he contributes to ARH’s farmer outreach and agriculture-focused livelihood projects.
